Why We Built This Site
Many Utah court indexes and records are public, although venue and record type determine where to ask. Tooele District Court keeps felony, major civil, domestic, and probate files as the local court of record. Justice courts maintain lower-level criminal, traffic, ordinance, and small-claims cases. Xchange combines much of the statewide public index, while certified copies and authorized requests for limited material still go to the clerk. Official portals, contacts, number clues, and request steps are collected here without suggesting that this resource possesses court files.

- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified docket sheet or court record must be issued by the clerk or the court that heard the matter. Directions may identify that office, but the document itself must come from its official custodian.
